Sure. If IS/AV will be installed go to
1: My Computer
2: Program Files
3: PC Tools --> PC Tools Security -->LuLng-->And then please select the language that You will be translate to Chinese. For example, English.
3: Right-click on English.lng (You can open this file via notepad)
4:Now we can see lists of commands in English language. Now You can translate them!
Notice: Please keep these words in English:
[VersionInfo]
Version=
[Messages]
[frmRestart]
[frmSmartUpdate]
[frmDialogBox]

Does AV/IS use the same language file?
And will PC Tools add the translation into their product?
