I have just upgraded antivirus free from the previous version 8 to the latest version 8. The upgrade failed and now I keep getting pctsGUI.exe and pctsSVC.exe application error. The program fails to start. I have tried removing the program, re-installing and also installing the protected version avinstall_en_pr_dl.exe to no avail. I have now removed the program and am without the PC tools AV protection. Has anyone else encountered this problem and more to the point does anyone know a fix. I'm running win7.

having the same issues since up grade
how do u upload screen shots? to your servers,sorted found how
seeattached pics for err code

Did you do an upgrade by installing the new version? or through a notification?
