unable to browse internet on windows 2003 server

Hello,

currently i am facing following issues on windows 2003 server -

1- In hijackthis logs found error - Broken Internet access because of LSP provider 'c:\documents and settings\administrator\windows\system32\mswsock.dl l' missing

2- we are not able to browse any website from problem server or not able to run
windows update (In short no internet connection)
But all other websites on server is working fine. Also I did nslookup to
google.com or other websites and it work fine.

3-start >> run>> \\another server ip in same network = Do not work ro not able to
connect another server.
But after reboot if we try same command it work fine and ask for login.

4-Also I did try to RDP from problem server to another server --- DO NOT work ,
after reboot of problem server it may work

UPDATE - After reboot of problem server everything work fine for 2 days and again all problem mentioned above start.
