Does desktop Maestro use the disk defrag feature that Disk Suit uses? Or is there just a link to Windows Disk Defrag?
Also does Disk Suite use the same cleanup options as Destop Maestro? Does Disk Suite defrag the registry?
Thanks,
James

Hi James,
DM defrag is also known as 'compact your registry' which is different to the Windows defrag tool. The defrag in DM will 'defrag' the Windows registry in a similiar way to how Windows defrag sectors.
The defrag option in DS does the same thing as the Windows defrag, but using its own algorithms.
Disk suite and DM clean up are basically the same, they both clean out temp files etc...

Ok. Go it.
