sw doctor 4.1.0.1 is the current version for win 98 support. There has not been a database update for about 30 days. Has this platform been phased out?

Considering that Windows 2000 is no longer supported, I would guess that all older Windows versions are also not supported either.

Windows 95, 98, Me and 2000 have all been non-supported for at least 6 or so years.

Hello Jackson!
So you'd better install Win7 if your hardware can handle it.
Because old Win98 has a lot of bug, in my opinion.

Brovem,
A very bad for old hardware. Too many old devices are not supported with W7 from motherboards, to chipsets to addon cards.
Always run the W7 Upgrade Advisor first.
