iantivirus website down

i tried again tonight to access the website with Safari and Google Chrome...still down....going on 2 days now....thx

Same here in Europe! Since two days smart update is unable to proceed. Trying to go to the website results in an error

Can we get an update from someone at PC Tools about what is going on?

I love iAntiVirus, but the fact that this incident has been going on for nearly two full days now, and that the only statement from PC Tools about it so far has been "Able to recreate. We are currently looking into it" doesn't inspire a whole lot of confidence that PC Tools is taking its Mac products seriously. It's difficult for me to imagine any situation at a managed hosting provider that could result in this much downtime for one of their customers. Even a completely destroyed server can be recovered much faster than this assuming there are good backups to copy back over to it.

Can someone at PC Tools give us a status update please?
