I am using Vista Ultimate 32bit and whatever tool I try to run in Disk Suite, it will not detect any of my hard drives/partitions.
I have two partitions, both NTFS.
I have tried running Disk Suite as an administrator but still no luck

Did you run the program as an Administrator, because if you did not the computer will not grant the program access to the hard drive. Hopefully this helps.
To run as Administrator:
1. Go to the program icon.
2. Right click the icon.
3. Select run as Administrator.
4. On the pop-up click continue and it should work.Sincerely,
