I Found The Solution For This Error
Got To Start Then Control Panel Local Settings For Language(the Last Icon Sorted By Name) Click On Advance Tab And Then Choose English(usa) Restart And Finish.

When I do what you (and Anthony) suggest, it asks me to install the Windows CD. Did you have to do this?

yes it did, simply put in any windows XP cd and press OK , then restart ur pc.
if you dont have the CD, let me try to find alternative for you.~{ROOT-KIT}~

When the fix for unicde will come
I will not make any changes in my system only because RM 7 has a bug. Meantime I have to use version 6, even though I payed for the new version.????

Any news on the Unicode compatible RM? I finish my major editing in a couple of weeks so I can try the fix then but it's be better not to have to do it. Thanks.
