My Brother in-law gave my a laptop last month and spyware doctor is about to expire. I went and removed his spyware doctor and went to install mine. It doesn't allow me to register the software under me with my activation code.

Can you please private message me with the your purchased activation code and the license code that the Spyware Doctor was registered under before. To check this click on Help and About in Spyware Doctor and you should see your old license code details.
