Hi, when I click to collapse a previously opened branch in Windows Explorer, the branch closes then reopens? I have to click a second time, then it closes! Anyone know what causes this behavior? I have W98 SE, P3, 256 RAM.

If you are taking about the file manager I just went though 8 bad hard drives I had some weird stuff going on one of them was I could not close the branch when the explorer open c:/windows branch would be open and I could not close it.........

it was a maxtor 7200 RPM 30 gb
I am now running a 5400 30Gb

I new the problems was the maxtor cause my old drive ran just fine

just food for though.......

dam putter would freeze up then I would all kinds of hard drive errors. LOL

also if you don't have a real big problem you might want to slow you mouse down it might be double clicking on yaaaa!!!!! go into your control panel and check the mouse by selecting mouse in the control panel window check the double click speed

Thanks
Mac!!!

This Is just my opinion
