memory errors

I keep getting an unusual memory error.
When in the Office 2k the menu bar fetures will not open giving me a "Not enough memory to complete this opperation" however the buttons on the tool bar still work. I will try to reinstall the O2k but it gives me an installer error. I reformat the Hard drive and reinstall windows but even the wordpad gives me the same error.
I have approx 10 systems with all the same symptoms.

Not much to go on...but if you are able to upgrade Office 2000 it appears to address some of your problems...I upgraded quite a while ago..
