Hello everybody..
I've got a ATHLON 1.2GHZ (266),M/B ASUS A7M266,384MB DDR,H/D 40GB WD,SCSI ADAPTEC 2904,SB LIVE 5.1,CDROM ASUS 52X,CDROM 40x ULTRAPLEX,CDRW 8824S YAMAHA,WINDOWS ME.
My problem is that when i rip some audio files from a cd to my H/D as wav using Audiograbber, burning them with WinOnCD 3.7,and then i delete them (the size of the file is about 600MB to 1,2GB)THEN when i try to shut down the pc the all system crashes. The only thing i can do is to REBOOT.
The same problem i was have it with win98SE too.
Does anyone khows anything about that?
What can i do?

There seems to be a problem with the recycle bin. 1. Run scandisk first. Then defrag.
2. Try changing the size of the recycle bin under bin properties. It is usually set to 10% of your drive. Then set it back to default.

If you are set up for double click mouse then left click on the .wav once to select it then hold down the shift key and right click on it. Select delete from there and it will bypass the recycle bin altogether.
If single click then ctrl+left click once to select it.
