Small Dialup Problem

<font color=blue> I have internet connection sharing setup, it works OK, only problem is when other computers launch there browsers, because the modem takes a while to dial, the get page cannot be displayed error, but when they refresh it logs on, how can a get rid of this? </font color=blue>
