IP Blocking with REGEDIT?

I am the computer lab manager for a University and it appears that a system in one of our labs has had its registry edited in such a way that we are now unable to access the schools home page in either Explorer or Navigator. I believe this is a registry "hack" but I am unable to locate the culprit or the setting that will enable me to remove this block.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Did you try checking internet options, and looking to see if thge site was added to the restricted sites zone... i t will not allow the page to be viewed by the browser if it is in that site...
