I've accidentally deleted the Run Service of my power management. Now my PC won't go on standby after 5 hrs of being left alone. How do I restore it back again?

Maybe this is obvious, but did you check the Power Management settings in Control Panel? Namely System Stanby, where you can choose how long to wait before Windows goes on standby?

It's not that. I've set for my computer to go on stand by after 5 hrs but the thing is, even if I set it to go on standby after 1 min, it will still not because I've deleted the registry entry of the Run service. I thought it might work, but it didn't. So it's a mistake that I deleted that string.

Do you mean the LoadPowerProfile entry?
Add:
LoadPowerProfile
and give it this value:
Rundll32.exe powrprof.dll,LoadCurrentPwrScheme
