Boot Problem in 2k

I installed some updates from the Windows Update site and rebooted, only to have it lockup during the "Starting Up..." process. What do i do now? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

if you try pressing F8 during system boot this will allow you to boot into safe mode. from there you may be able to recover your syatem by trying to remove the recently installed up-dates. good luck!
