hi guys
i have been having a lot of trouble trying to remove errorsafe and owner@go cookie... i keep getting errorsafe pop-ups with mozilla and adverts in iexplorer
i have downloaded registry mech, spyware doctor, adaware, xoftspyse, cc cleaner, spybot thats all i can think off but none of the programes work
please help....


hi guys just a quick update on how im tracking... i managed to reformat my computer back to factory settings, it has worked a treat and i no longer have these problems it seems to be the only way to fix

Hey Clinton,

Some infections can sometimes be removed with a safemode scan. You may want to look at http://www.pctools.com/forum/showthread.php?t=99.

It can sometimes take a few days for a signature to be created, depending on the infection.
