C:\WINNT\I386 & Default paths

Hiya,
I am currently running Win2K on a 13GB partitioned Disk at C 30% D 70%.
I have copied the I386 into C:\WINNT root.

My question is:
Does anyone know if their is a reg entry that, when loading a device that needs cab files, Windows would know to grab them by default in the C:\WINNT\I386 ?
I hope I am making sense.

In the registry you can edit the sourcepath to point to the i386 folder. It can be done at:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVerion. Edit the SourcePath string value to point to the folder. Let me know if that helps.
