Reinstalling RAS Client on Windows 2000 Pro

After installing the Novell Client, it somehow blew away my RAS Client. Does anyone know how to reinstall it (other than re-installing the entire OS)? I've searched the Microsoft knowledge base and other likely places, but I can't seem to find out how. All the troubleshooters and the documentation seem to assume that RAS will never go away and don't cover what to do if RAS doesn't exist (i.e. Step 0).

Any ideas are appreciated.

win2k pro needs dial up networking only to be able to access a remote access server, you do this from start settings dialup connections.
on the server you need to setup the remote access server service from administrative tools, routing and remote access
