HI!
First, sorry for my bad English
I've win2000 installed on my PC. I'd like to install XP on same partition with formatting the drive, not to upgrade old OS.
How can I do that?
Thanks in advance

You can do this right from the begining of the install. If you want to install from within win2000, it gives you the option to upgrade or do a clean install. If you want to install from the boot option, it asks you which partition to install XP on, which file system you want or keep the same. So you would choose to format the drive in either NTFS or Fat32, that will wipe it clean and then restart your comp and install XP.
