Temporary Internet Files

I have a Windows 2000 server running Terminal Services. When a new user logs on to the server they are automatically allocated 126MB for their Temporary Internet Files. I want to alter the default value of 126MB to a much lower value. How can I alter the default value so I do not have to edit each users Internet Settings after they have logged in.

Edit the "CacheLimit" value in [HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Cur rentVersion\Internet Settings\Cache\Content] where the value is the size is KB (decimal).
