We have a lan in our company based on WinNT. I want to upload some files like mp3 and some otherfiles. I can get emails from outer nets but resricted to 1.5 MB. Our company administrative closed all drives like CDR and floppy.So, Is it possible connect a harddisk as parallel to a workstation or another way to get files bigger than 1.5MB to a workstation.

nope. the 1.5 mb restriction stops any other option.
