Problem with Fonts

Hey,

Recently, I downloaded some fonts to create graphics for a website. I unpacked the Zip files with .ttf files to C:\Windows\Fonts. They stayed in the directory, but when I tried to use the fonts, they did not appear to be in the Font menu. I tried to find the fonts in Pain shop pro 7.2, Worpad and Notepad... no luck. I had the same problem when I was on Windows 98, but after while, they would finally appear so I could use them. I do not understand why this is happening.

Some of the fons I tried to install were: Brooklyn Kid, Funky, Romeo and Royal Pain.

Bad idea to just copy fonts into the fonts folder. Go to your fonts folder and then go to File | Install New Fonts. Navigate to your folder with your fonts and select the ones you want and hit ok. They should register in your Fonts list after that.
