user rights

i logon automatically to an nt server (my machine is an nt). My user is administrator local and a simple user on the domain. I can´t install and uninstall several programs on my machine because i´m not an administrator. Is there any right i can give to the user to install programs on the local machine?.

downlode registry cleaner from this site you will solve the problem. you have to give a right login locily to a user to whom you want to give a right

I hope Im wrong. But if I remember.. The login/domain policy overrides the local machine.
