RunAs command

Is there is any way to go to a share on a server with RunAs command?
i mean when i log to PC with User A is there is anyway to go to a share on a server [that User A dosen`t have permission to it] and that the server will ask for a user name and password and then i will log to this share with User B ?

J believe Runas with application explorer.exe as User B, then permissions should get you to that share.
