Hi there,

When I install my "server" with an other OS. Like Win 98 my computers turns off the power by ATX support when I shutdown Windows. When I install Windows 2000 Server my computer fails to turn off the power. Does anybody knows how to fix this ?

There is no fix. Windows 2K Server will not power down. As of yet I do not know of any "fix". It is not a design flaw. I believe it is for redundancy, though I am not entirly sure why. Its not anything you did or your PC. Its just any of the Windows Server editions are that way. I dont know yet if XP will be the same way though.

Try the following to shutdown your server:
Enable Adavanced Power Management in BIOS,
Upon after it boots go to the Power Management in the control panel & check the box under the APM tab, reboot for the setting to take effect, then shutdown the server.
