Anyone ever seen a problem where you can no longer print to a UNC printer port? If the printer port is switched to jetdirect, works fine, but if network share is used, get an error that an unexpected error has occured, restart windows.

is the jetdirect an internal card or an external box?

Internal. Problem is, I have a canon color printer that does not have jetdirect, so I can only connect via network share.
