Hi,
(EPATAP2K is a parallel port driver for External CD Drive)
I'm trying to upgrade to XP.
When I tried, it complained that the file epatap2k.sys is corrupt. So, I deleted the file, the corresponding .inf file and a few registry entries. Now, XP say's it can't find the file.
I can no longer access W2K. I get a BSOD stating "INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE".
I had to install a 2nd OS to gain access to the 1st OS.
Q. Is there any bypass method to continue installing XP?
How do I keep XP from looking for the file?
Thanks in advance,
