Recently I've seen that under Windows 2000 you can (in the Properties tab) set a text which pops up when you place mouse cursor over a file (or its icon). In Windows 98 you can assign InfoTips to some icons on the desktop (or rather, folders - My computer, My documents, etc.).
Is there a way to have an icon (lnk) placed on desktop and when mouse goes over it a text poping up? For instance, I'd like to have link to Outlook Express which would say "Enables you to read your e-mail" (or something) when I leave cursor on it.
And a link to a special software that would say something else, etc.
I hope, it's clear...
Thanks,
Michael
