CD Cache in Win2K

I have a Creative PC-DVD DVDROM 1241E and I would like to know how do I change the cache of this device in Win2K, cause unlike other OS, it seems that Win2K won't display the cache toggle bar on the "device manager"->CDROM->Properties-> and so on, so I'm guessing (and remember reading somewhere) that changing the cache need to be done in the registry, can anyone tell me how?
