"Explorer" not showing up in Close Program Window

When I go to the "close program" window by pressing Ctrl/Alt/Delete keys, I do not see the word
Explorer... Shouldn't I ? I only see the words Systray, Blackice, Msgloop, Links & Msg32.

Yes, you should see Explorer. Is Explorer working? Can you right click on My Computer and select Explore?
Is there a scroll bar showing in Close programs that you can drag to upward so Explorer will show?

Obviously if you have a Windows Explorer window open, otherwise no.

Yes, I can right click on "my computer" and select "explore". There is only a scroll bar at the bottom of the "Close Program" window and the word "Explorer" does not show up.

It is good that you have Explorer functionality and since you do I would not worry about it because it is one item that you would never want to close.

This is the first time I have ever heard of this?
