icons in right click menu

What I need to know is how to add icons to my menu items in the right click menu, like winzip does?

Also, is there a way to stop the IE windows from changing on me when I'm surfing, like when I'm on a page and all of a sudden the page in another window updates itself and my window changes automatically to the one that was being updated, I still want the icon in the task bar to blink but I don't want it changing windows on me.

You need to write a dll, that's how Winzip and most others do it.

Try the latest version of TweakUI to help resolve the window changes
