can't export outlook address book...

i've installed office 2000 pro & imported my contact details, no probz. now i want to export it to do a backup & both the export & import functions are greyed out. i've looked in the help files but no joy.
any ideas...?

I don't have Office 2000 Pro but I wonder if you have installed their Servive Pack..?

Sorry that didn't work. You might try the following link. Its the Microsoft Newsgroup. You can search posts on Office/Outlook/etc.. Give it a whirl.
