I've lost the ability to open a folder/file using the same window Vs opening a new window. This gets rather messy when I'm dealing with a file stuck at the bottom of many folders. Also I'm not able to view my window as a webpage and also my only chose under Folder Options/General tab/Windows Desktop update; of the three options only classic style is available. Anyone with a clue ?

Go to start>run and type regedit. Press enter. Navigate to:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Policies\Explorer
In the right pane look for this entry
Classic Shell 01,00,00,00
modify it by clicking on it
reset it to 00,00,00,00
Reboot
Go to Folder Options and your ability to make the changes should have returned
Or if you have TWEAKUI go to the IE tab and be sure the following box is checked
"Shell Enhancements"
