Is there a way to change the default mail client when you click "Mail" on the internet explorer task bar? Im wanting to set it up to pull up the groupwise client but cant seem to figure out how.

Thanks.

It may or may not be possible.

First, in Internet Explorer, go to Tools>Internet Options, click the Programs tab and verify that Groupwise Client is available under the E-mail drop-down list box. If not, you'll have to manually create the entry under the key below:

Backup the registry and/or export the following keys:
go to Start>Run, type regedit. Navigate to:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Clients\Mail
Use the entries already there as an example. Create the appropriate shell\open\command keys, adding the path to the email client in the right pane of the command key.

When you click on the Mail key, you should see Groupwise Client to the right of the (Default) entry.

Sorry for the long delay, been busy :)

It kinda works, Im getting a Mapisp32 error when I click new message from the Mail button. When I click close the error goes away and GroupWise fires off. Any ideas?

Not specifically, but look over these search results:
