This is so annoying. Everytime I open an IE window - or some other program tries to use IE (e.g. HTML Help etc.) - I get the following message....

Please check your content advisor settings for missing information.
THE PROBLEM IS - everytime, i disable the Content Advisor. But when I quit an IE session, it gets enabled again and the same error message is displayed.
What's wrong and what can I do???
