Iomega ZIP reluctant to eject disk

Hi!
When I want to eject my ZIP disk, my IOMEGA ZIP 100MB sometimes (quite often) displays a message saying that the disk is in use and whenther I really want to eject it. Why? The disk is NOT in use - all programs are closed (for long, even Explorer) and no copying is going on. I wait for 5 minutes and no change - again in use.

you have to enter device (IOmega Zip) and type (removable storage)..
recommends see your vendor for driver advice..

also check for recent drivers and zip drive tools at iomega site, they had announced new versions beginning of September.
