CTRL ALT SUP doesn't work at all!

Hello,

Something really bewildering is happening to me and my conputer!!
If I press CTRL+ALT+SUP nothing happens! Therefore I cannot access to the list of what is opened on my computer and I cannot force a program (Frozen or not) to close!!
If anybody has any kind of idea on:
- What is happening to my computer?
- How to access that small window appart from pressing CTRL+ALT+SUP?

hmmm - usually this is ctrl-alt-del - foreign language keyboard ?

and the setting to disable the task manager is targeted at WinNT/2K but may work with other Window versions:

(PS. J believe this concerns your home machine and not one at business - please don't work against Administrators)
