cannot entry to win98se

I dont know what happen after start Pc. It cannot entry to win98se. It hold on in "starting windows 98 screen"

Try do boot into Safe Mode: while booting hold ctrl-key pressed and you will be shown a Boot Menu. Choose boot to Safe Mode. If you can startup there, make a clean shutdown and restart normally.

If this doesn't work, steps get a bit more difficult. Please come back if necessary.
