I bought a 750 Mhz Intel Pentium lll computer. It has a 12.6 GB IDE Hard Drive, of which I still have only used .o9 GB of space. I had 64Mb PC 100 SDRAM Memory. I took it in and had 128 MB of memory put in it. Still I keep getting a warning screen that pops up saying my memory is low. I run a disk cleanup, clean out most of the files, clean out the storage bin. run a defrag on it and I still have that screen pop up with that warning. It hasn't caused any problems, but I was just curious as to how or what I can do to stop that warning screen poping up. Maybe someone can give me some suggestion. I would appreciate it.

recommended reading given to you by report_2 - especially the third part. From there on check the references on how to handle virtual memory.
You may be well off, when defining a a large swap file of fixed size.
In your post you didn't mention the situation when memory shortage occurs, also the exact wording of the message may help.
Do you start all your programs at once (eg thru the Startup folder) and keep them running thruout the day? This is usually not very efficient as far as Windows is concerned. Or does memory shortage message happen when you are using a specific program (graphics, photo editor, video) ?
