Confirmation# for Office 2000

When I reinstalled my "Licensed" copy of Office 2000, the Microsoft Issued Confirmation # that I normally use, no longer works. What should I do? Should I call Microsoft or what?

Please help. I can only run office for about 20 more times before I am required to register.

Just register at MS once more.
If you are the legal owner of the package you don't have to fear anything.

They actually know that they will have to deal with this type of problem of re-installation (eg following a disk format or change of configuration or even of physical machine). Once their customer help and support desks get flooded with requests, they hopefully will stop this nonsense.
