I am using Windows Me. I was recently checking the programs that run from startup.

What does the hpfsched.exe do? It is loaded by the Win.ini file.

Thanks in advance. I have found this to be the best place on the net to answer my registry and Windows questions.

HPFSCHED is a small TSR that will remind you to clean the cartridges in your DeskJet from time to time in order to keep print quality high.

It can be removed from the run line in win.ini if you do not want that feature.

Thanks
Mac!!!
