hot to fix Winsock.ocx????

hi all.....

i have got some proplem with these file Winsock.ocx.....cause i have 2 programme

1-cracker.
2-irc flooder.

when i click to open it....show me massage:

faild to load control 'wincosk.ocx' from mswinsck.ocx your Version of Winsck.ocx may be out dated.make sure you useing the Version of the control that was provided with your application

and some times anather error:

Unexpected error.

pls.....help me pls
