Change Default Font Size?

I'm trying to set up a gaming computer using my TV in the living room, but the default font in Windows makes text too small to read on the TV. I tried changing the fonts in Display/Appearance, but not all font options are available (I can't change the font for ALL text).

Is there a Pixels Per Inch setting anywhere I can change to increase ALL fonts, or another similar method of increasing them? Thank you!

Right-click on the desktop, choose properties, click the Settings tab, then the Advanced button and click the drop-down arrow. Select Large or other and specify your own size.
