Another DirectX problem

Hello !! I have a GForce 2 MX, 256 Ram, PIII 1G & a QDI Motherboard. when I activate the Direct Draw or Direct3d and try to play any game appears the fantastic blue screen I tryed everything, update the drivers, update Directx, change OS, change Mem, change the video board but nothig works, any idea ???
