When I access Direct X Diagnostic Tool(in system information)-click Direct X Files-under "notes" it says "The file dpnsvr.exe is an old version which could cause problems. You should reinstall Direct X to get the latest version." In the list of files it gives no version #, but gives date of 17/01/01. I have Direct X version 8.0, and have reinstalled several times, but still gives me same message. Is this file something I need? Where can I get this? How can I fix this? I am running Windows ME. Thanks!

Just curious, I get several diagnostic warnings from System Information tests, also from Dr. Watson but haven't yet found out what they really allude to. Are you having a problem or is the message bothering you?
