WINDOWS ME HANG UP

i am receiving frequently following messages and my pc hang up.
1)EXPLORER caused a general protection fault
in module KERNEL32.DLL at 016f:bff6281b.
2)KERNEL32 caused a general protection fault
in module KRNL386.EXE at 0001:000075a8.

please send me solution.
