Internet Connection Sharing Help

Here's the situation: I have two computers in my house set up for ICS. One (mine) has two nics, one to the cable modem, the other to a hub connecting the two computers.

The problem: the client computer cannot share the internet, but it can still share files with my computer. I look in Add/Remove Programs and ICS is unchecked. Whenever I try to install ICS by Add/Remove Programs, it installs, but after the restart, it disappears like it was never installed. I've tried many things already. Can anyone help me out?

I got it fixed. Thanks anyway for the help. All I had to do was go into winipcfg, release and then renew. That was it!
