Short cut keys

Hallo friends !
I want do a shortcut keys for various applications,programmes like Paint Brush,notepad etc.
for e.g. WIN + E = windows explorer

You can attach "short cut keys" to shortcuts.

All the the programs listed within Start/Programs are shortcuts.

Right click on the one you want and select Properties.
In that window you will see Short cut Key.
Place a letter in the window and it will change to Ctrl+Alt+X (x being the letter you selected), click apply.
Choose letters that you will be able to associate later such as "P" for Paint Brush and "N" for Notepad etc.
