automatically change registry

Hi, I'm very new to windows registry.
If for example we change a registry key in the HKLM, does the registry key (the same CLSID) in HKCU and HKCR automatically changed as well?

If you change a value in HKLM it will effect everyone on the computer (unless overridden by a value in HKCU) but it is still a seperate value and will not change any values within the HKCU key.

but if you change in HKEY_USERS an entry of the current user, that's reflected within HKCU tree too, and vice versa.
